Through the course of trying to treat this disease the medications necessary have wreaked havoc on Kenny's teeth, therefore he needs major dental work and dentures. Crafting for a Cause

Michelle has referred to this benefit as not only a fundraiser but a friendrasier.  I have to agree wholeheartedly.  I'm not sure how I managed to get so involved in this benefit since we've only lived in the area 3-months, but I sure have gained some great friends in the few short months we've been here as a result!  God truly is good all the time!

Yesterday the church (Anchor of Hope) had an open house for anyone to come by to make crafts for the silent auction.  We also got a lot of organizing done of the silent auction items.  Here are some photos of all the fun!  Stay tuned for another post about some great donated auction items, big and small!

From the young to the young-at-heart, we all had a great day of crafting, chatting, and having fun!

Wilma and Alex lining up denim squares and flannel squares.

Robin, Michelle, and Helena are tagging auction donations.
